When to Seek Support

Everyone experiences stress, overwhelm, or difficult periods at times. However, there are moments when additional support may be helpful.

You might consider reaching out for support if you notice:
• persistent anxiety or emotional overwhelm
• difficulty sleeping or constant fatigue
• feeling emotionally exhausted from caregiving responsibilities
• irritability or difficulty managing emotions
• feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward
• physical symptoms of stress such as headaches or muscle tension

Seeking support does not mean something is wrong with you. Many people find that having a dedicated space to talk through what they are experiencing can provide clarity, relief, and practical tools for navigating challenges.

These resources are intended for educational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
